2021 Porsche Macan
The 718 Cayman is a Porsche's entry-level mid-engine coupe. It encompasses Porsche's unique styling and performance in the sports coupe segment. In the entry-level 718 Cayman, the 2.0L turbocharged engine produces 300 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. The base trim Cayman rides on 18-inch wheels and includes standard features such as an auto-extending rear spoiler, power one-touch windows, heated power mirrors, sport seats with electric backrest adjustment, automatic climate control with an active carbon filter, a 110-watt sound system, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, park assist with a rear camera and PCM. The instrument cluster features triple round gauges with the tachometer front and center, while a high-resolution TFT display monitors vehicle settings and navigation, radio, and phone information. The Porsche 718 gets a few changes for 2021, the Boxster adds a GTS trim with a 4.0L 394 horsepower engine, the 718 Spyder adds a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission and new standard features were added across the lineup. The Porsche Macan is a premium five passenger compact SUV that combines sports car power with off-road capability. Available in two trim levels, the Macan which is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine making 248-hp and the Macan S trim is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 producing 348-hp. Both trims are paired with a 7-speed Porsche PDK transmission with paddle shifters and full-time all-wheel drive system. Standard features include LED headlamps, 3-zone climate control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system with navigation, 4 USB ports, Power Tailgate, Homelink garage door opener, and front and rear ParkAssist with reversing camera. Available features include 14-way power seats with memory, 21? alloy wheels, and full leather upholstery. The Porsche Macan carries over for 2021 with minimal changes, although Apple CarPlay is now standard across the lineup.
